Over all the attitude and awareness of the employees are great even one of them reached out to see weather or not I needed anything else. I was originally looking forward to use the charging ports by the soft cushion although they all seemed covered now and the only one available was being surrounded by two individuals which made the ambiance less than amazing but nun the less it was comforting and welcoming with open arms.

Pavo gets an F. Asked for my name and repeated back to me Oliber not Oliver. I tipped $2 anyway because I suspect he was under the influence and not making fun of my name. I asked for a strawberry refresher no h20 just base. He misunderstood and thought I wanted a cup of just base probably because he may have been high. The Wonderful employee who was making drinks remade my drink for me and had great customer service skills.

Absolutely terrible service. The afternoon staff was rude, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. After studying for about 3 hours, I asked for a cold tea refill and was told I had to pay again, even though that's not what I expected based on the refill policy. It got even worse with my mobile order. I placed it 15 minutes before arriving, and the app marked it as "ready." When I got there, my order wasn't even made. I stood there waiting for another 5 minutes until I finally asked about it, and only then did they start preparing it. Marking orders as ready when they haven't even been started is misleading and wastes customers' time. Very disappointing experience. Poor customer service, rude employees, and a complete lack of professionalism. I won't be coming back.

I ordered a cannon drink and at first they had given me a strawberry lemonade açaí , second time looked like a dragon fruit and last just like if they had pour coconut juice I felt so embarrassed because of the way the guy was looking at me . Like if I was getting it free.So I just grabbed it and drove away!! 😔 couldn’t even drink it cuz it didn’t tasted good !! I don’t know if the barista was just hired ?
